Both our houses are comfortably en cosily furnished to Dutch standards and extremely suitable to be used in every season of the year. Although built in 2004, they were not put into use until
Ella Holiday Houses
2009. Both houses were built according to the latest standards on earthquake resistency. They are situated on a dead end street in the rural area of the Marathia peninsula amidst olive orchards en pine tree forests. The olive orchard behind the house with its traditional stacked walls is especially appealing to children. It is a wonderful place to roam about and enjoy the special atmosphere.

Calmness and nature
Ella holiday houses are appreciated in particular by people who value calmness, privacy and nature. The main noises are the rustling of the sea, mixed with the chirping of leaf hoppers in the summer and the hooting of small owls in the winter.

Marathia Beach
On a few minutes walking distance from the houses you will find a quiet pebble beach with beautiful rock formations where you can swim in crystal clear water, but also lounge around on a sun bed or snorkel. Especially in spring and autumn our houses are a great starting point for hikes in nature.

More than this all the view makes a stay in one of our houses an experience you will not forget easily. The view on Laganas Bay with the island of Marathonisi in the middle is splendid. In wintertime, with clear weather, you can see the main land of Greece with snow-covered mountain tops of the Peloponnese.
