- We don't work with fixed days of the week for
arrivals or departures, so your holiday can start and end
every day of the week.
- With a minimum stay of two weeks (14 nights) you will
receive 5% discount on the total sum;
with a minimum stay of three weeks (21 nights) you will
receive 10% discount.
- After you made your choice, you will have an option
of one week to book your flight and arrange a down
payment of 50%.
- The minimum rental period is 1 week (7 nights). Of
course you are free to stay shorter, but you will still
pay for a whole week.
- As soon as we receive your down payment, your booking
is final.
- We request you to pay the other 50% at last 6 weeks
in advance.
- In case you are booking less than 6 weeks ahead,
please transfer the whole amount as soon as possible. In
this case, your booking will only be final the moment we
received the whole amount.
- Our prices are all in, so no 'booking charges' of
additional costs for using air conditioning, baby bed,
weekly clean-up or other extras.
